Whether labeling single-side, double-sided, three-sided or four sides, Our NY-832 labeler is a genuine all-rounder for square or polygonal containers. With a related chamfer-assisted labeling mechanism, this labeling machine can apply a single label around multiple sides of square or rectangular products, or some variation of odd-shaped products. For anything you can imagine, such as sauce jar, edible oil bottle, liquor bottle, laundry detergent bottle, hand sanitizer bottle etc., widely used in pharmaceutical, CBD oils, automotive, craft breweries, petroleum, nutraceutical, food & beverage and other industries.
» Application
- Can label different shapes of packaging containers such as flat/oval/round/triangle/square/hexagon/octagonal,polygonal etc.
- With the related accessory (corner wrap assembly/pneumatic roller impresser/sponge wheel/brush), it can meet all kinds of labeling including single-sided, double-sided 90° corners, three-sided corners, four-sided corners, small arcs.
- Corner turning system automatically smoothes label to each side of the bottle. Specifically selected sponges flap labels after labeling to make labels adhere perfectly.
- Can work with automatic filling capping machine to realize automated production.
